This is provably the best book out there on how to start and run a business. Ben makes the point that most books on business management are written by researchers who study the field. They talk to CEOs in moments of “piece” when CEOs are more likely to have the luxury of sitting down with someone writing a book on the subject. As a result most books on starting and managing a company give perspectives on lessons learned during moments of piece and success. This book however is written from what Ben calls a “War” perspective. It gives the reader a window on how to deal with the stuff no one and no other books prepares you for.
