it depends... this is like the half full and half empty glass thing.

if you think she is moving, then you are a positive person since you would be implying i took a good photo, she is just moving.

but, if you think i am the one moving and this is just a badly taken photo, then you are a not-positive person. :) hehe. - kidding of course.

on the other hand, one may point out that if she truly were moving, how come is the building and everything else behind her moving as well? ;)
