sorry everyone for the outage. freaking powweb is the fucking worse hosting company in the universe. not only was may site out for the last 2 hours but when it finally comes back, my last entry in the blog is missing. this sites gets in average 300 to sometimes 750 visitors a day and am sure lots of you noticed the gap.
actually am happy this happened now because i was about to move 5 or so websites to powweb for jez and am glad this happened before that because honestly i wont recommend this piece of shit hosting to anyone.
now am trying to re-upload the image again, and of course it wont go trough. am using a freaking G5 brand new mac with 5gb of ram and with a t2 line internet connection so this ain't definitely about me.
update: 12:52pm, am getting an error on the admin saying that the is a problem uploading the photo. great right? who knows what else is fucked up?.
update: 12:57pm, what do you know? no ftp access, i cant even go upload my photo manually beautiful right?
update: 01:08pm, no progress, tested the comment form and its working at least. no fpt access and cant upload the image from the admin panel yet.
update: 01:30pm, some progress, ftp access is back but now i cant write in my own images folder, not even from an fpt client, not even from the admin i tried to change chmod, wont let me.

Please note that this may or may not affect you and your account. We believe this restriction will only be placed on accounts stored on a specific storage device at one of our data center locations. At this point, Customer Support is unable to obtain a list of those affected accounts to message those customers directly. We are therefore unable to specifically notify you if your account will be unable to make changes. However, if you attempt to upload a file via FTP, or FileManager, it will fail with an unspecified error message.
We regret that we've needed to take these steps, but wanted to ensure that any changes you've already made were not lost. We sincerely appreciate your patience while we continue to resolve the issues we're faced with.
